Premier Inn Wirral - Two Mills Ellesmere Port is conveniently located near the popular Chester Zoo, making it an ideal choice for those visiting the area. The hotel is also situated just down the road from Hooton Railway station, providing easy access for travelers. Despite being near a major road junction, guests reported that they were not bothered by road noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as a TV, tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrooms were well-maintained, with a shower over the bath and good quality soap dispensers. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and provided a warm welcome to guests. The breakfast offered a self-serve continental option, as well as the choice for a cooked breakfast, all of which were lovely.

Some guests experienced issues with the heating in their room, which led to it being exceptionally cold during the night.

Breakfast is great and staff is friendly. The bed was comfy, we didn't want to leave.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, both in the room and the bathroom. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was near a major road junction but surprisingly quiet. Additionally, the hotel was very close to the zoo, providing a fun activity for us to enjoy. Furthermore, Hooton Railway station was just down the road, making transportation easily accessible.

The friendly staff provided excellent customer service and the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was immaculate. The attached restaurant offered good quality food and the staff were attentive.

If you stay in a room facing the road, you may be disturbed by the loud road noise during the night. some rooms may be above the restaurant's toilets, causing a vibration noise every 10-15 minutes.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. First of all, the value for money was excellent, especially considering the fantastic location near Hooton Railway station and the zoo. The basic amenities were all in place, and I was provided with extra sheets to accommodate the warm weather. The staff were friendly and provided great service, ensuring that my travel cot was set up and that my bed was comfortable. The shower in my room was absolutely fantastic, providing a powerful and invigorating experience. Lastly, the breakfast in the morning was delicious and exceeded my expectations.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, with nothing major to complain about.

Great Breakfast & Convenient location

Stayed during Easter and enjoyed the hot breakfast served in the morning. The location is great and very close to all the local attractions. The room was also clean and comfortable, with enough space for our family of four.

The noise from the nearby bar and the traffic outside made it hard to sleep at night. the service at the reception and the restaurant was not up to our expectations.
